Per mould costs varies according to the length of each item, generally speaking, metal jig around from US$100 ~ $300 , soft bait and plastic hard lure cost from US$1600 ~ $2500 .
The mould charge is only based on what the material cost. We don’t include cost of Rayshine company’s services. Such as the engineer salary, 3d samples charge, shipment charge for action test mould testing charge, related tooling charge and so on. So develop a new item is what we help our customers to develop their market for free. To help different ability customers, we have 3 options for their choices.
Option 1, the customer pay the full mould cost, ownership of mould belongs to customer. Rayshine are not allow to resell the product from the mould. However, there is a MOQ requirement, 300pcs per colour, 6,000pcs each year. This request is based on save money and time for our customers. This request is because we taking clients seriously, looking for long term relationship. Just as you know, if we delete the qty request, we could begin the cooperation much more easier, but in our opinion, business is a serious and long term relationship, we should choose each other and confirm we are the same serious.
Option 2, the customer pay half the cost of mould, ownership of mould belongs to Rayshine . Rayshine are not allowed to resell the product from the mould to the market customer located. If total amount of this model could reach to 35000usd in 2 years, Rayshine could return back the mould charge to customers. However, there is a MOQ requirements, 200pcs per colour, 6,000pcs per each year.For annual order of more than 6,000pcs, exclusive rights given to the customer’s country. For annual order more than 10,000pcs, exclusive rights can be given up to 3 designated country assigned by customer. For order less than 5,000pcs, a 5% mark up on the price will be imposed and Rayshine shall have the rights to distribute the final products to other countries.
Option 3, the customer does not pay the mould fee, ownership of mould belongs to Rayshine. However, there is a MOQ requirements, 500pcs per colour, annual order 10,000pcs. For annual order more than 10,000pcs, exclusive rights given to the customer’s country. For annual order between 5,000pcs and10,000pcs, customer are required to pay half of the mould cost if he want to have exclusive rights for the mould in his country. For order less than 5,000pcs, a 5% mark up on the product price will be imposed and Rayshine shall have the rights to distribute the final products to other countries.
