Through conducting several tests on every lure, we manage quality consistency and ensure each lure is created equal.
Yantai Rayshine Trading Co., Ltd has a solid, effective quality assurance policy during the whole mass production procedure. Today I want to show you our system during our mass production procedures.
Step 1: Mold Design and Tooling
To make high-quality lures, the quality of moulds is very important. We require close attention to the dimension of the lures such as ensuring the size tolerance is within ±0.2mm of the general position size. Surfaces of the mould must have a smooth surface without any defects such as bumps or scratches. Rayshine’s detail-oriented inspection ensures all of your lures have the expected size, colour, thickness, and other specifications.

Step 2: Manufacturing Process Monitoring
Inspectors keep a close visual check on our fishing lure during mass production such as ensuring there are no colour differences or paint drops during the spray painting procedures. Cleanrooms are utilized during part of the production where contaminants are prevented to affect crucial parts of the process such as applying paint to the fishing baits. Following our quality requirements ensure functional and aesthetically designed fishing baits. Of cause different items have different requests. I will introduce to you according to the products’ differences.
1. Soft Baits Quality Check
Making sure no deformation, damage, or scratches are visible on the surface, the shape, colour, and design are scanned by our quality assurance team. The hardness of the bait’s plastic parts is also tested at regular intervals, making sure that the deviation is well within the allowed amount of ±3%.
2. Metal Baits Quality Control
From material testing and design review, the metal bait’s shape, colour, and weight are examined based on established standards. The fishing hook is secured to avoid damaging the bait and the user.

3. Hard Baits Quality Control
Materials are tested before production, guaranteeing each part matches our quality guidelines. After moulding and assembly, the completed hard baits are subjected to several tests, including colour testing, water immersion, and durability tests to review the bait’s performance.
